สินค้ามีความปลอดภัยในการใช้หรือไม่?

ผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกชิ้นของเราได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) และมีความปลอดภัยอย่างแน่นอนเพราะเราปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนของผู้ผลิตอย่างเคร่งครัด

ค่าส่งเท่าไหร่?

เรายินดีที่จะให้บริการลูกค้าในการจัดส่งฟรีภายในประเทศไทย ทุกการสั่งซื้อ

คำสั่งซื้อจะใช้เวลานานแค่ไหนกว่าจะได้รับสินค้า?

คำสั่งซื้อก่อนเวลา 14.00 น. เราจะจัดส่งในวันเดียวกัน และลูกค้าอาจจะได้รับสินค้าในวันทำการถัดไป สำหรับต่างจังหวัดจะใช้เวลา​ 2-3 วันทำการ

ลูกค้าสามารถติดตามคำสั่งซื้อได้หรือไม่?

ได้ครับ เราจะส่งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุแก่ลูกค้าให้ทาง ​sms​

จะเกิดอะไรขึ้นหากสินค้าที่มาส่งได้รับความเสียหายหรือไม่ถูกต้อง?

ในกรณีที่สินค้ามีปัญหา โปรดส่งอีเมลถึงเราที่ online.nutritiondepot@gmail.com เพื่อแจ้งปัญหา เจ้าหน้าที่ของเราจะติดต่อลูกค้าทันทีเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา

 

Are your products safe?

Every last one of our products are certified by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and are totally safe if the manufacturers’ guidelines are followed.

How much does delivery cost?

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers free delivery within The Kingdom of Thailand for every orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If your order is placed before 2 pm., we will ship the same day, and it should arrive the following working day, 2-3 working days for the provincial location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number via SMS.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please send us an email via online.nutritiondepot@gmail.com, explaining what the issue is. One of our staff will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
