นโยบายการคืนสินค้า

ที่ Nutrition Depot เราต้องการแสดงให้เห็นถึงความซื่อสัตย์ในการทำธุรกิจของเรา และต้องการให้ลูกค้าของเราพึงพอใจกับผลิตภัณฑ์ หากลูกค้าไม่พอใจกับการซื้อสินค้าของเรา สามารถติดต่อเราทางโทรศัพท์ 02-116-8956 หรือส่งอีเมลถึงเราที่ support@nutritiondepot.co.th เราจะให้บริการการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้ากับคุณ และเราสัญญาว่าจะใช้ดุลยพินิจอย่างถูกต้อง โปรดเตรียมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือหลักฐานการซื้อเพื่อช่วยให้คำขอของคุณเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและครบถ้วน

 

เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

1. สำหรับลูกค้าที่มีความประสงค์ขอเปลี่ยนสินค้า ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อเข้ามา พร้อมแนบหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าทุกครั้ง
- หากเป็นลูกค้าหน้าร้าน - สามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วันนับตั้งแต่มีการซื้อ
- หากเป็นลูกค้าออนไลน์ทุกช่องทาง - สามารถแจ้งความประสงค์เปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 10 วันนับตั้งแต่มีการซื้อ
2. หลังจากได้รับแจ้ง เราจะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 14 วัน สำหรับลูกค้าจากทุกช่องทาง ในการพิจารณาอนุมัติ และเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ให้
3. หากลูกค้าท่านใดมีความประสงค์ขอเปลี่ยนสินค้านอกเหนือจากเงื่อนไขข้างต้น บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาอนุมัติการเปลี่ยนสินค้าตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัท

 

วิธีการคืนสินค้า

หากประสบปัญหา โปรดติดต่อเราโดยเร็วที่สุด และเราจะส่งป้ายกำกับการคืนสินค้าให้กับคุณ อย่าลืมแนบสลิปใบเสร็จการชำระเงินไปพร้อมกับการส่งคืน

Return Policy

At Nutrition Depot, we like to demonstrate integrity in everything we do and want our customers to be happy with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone, 02-116-8956 or email us at support@nutritiondepot.co.th. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and promise to make it right. Please have your order number or proof of purchase available to help expedite your request.

 

Exchange Conditions

1. For customers who wish to exchanges products please contact us, and attach the original receipt or tax invoice with the returned items.

- For branch store customers - Item(s) can be exchanges within 7 calendar days of the date you purchase.

- For online customers on every sales platforms - Item(s) can be exchanged within 10 calendar days of the date you purchase.

2. After contact us, We will be processed within less than 14 days for all customers, in consideration of approval and exchanges new products.

3. In addition to the above conditions, Nutrition Depot (Thailand) Company reserves the right to change the Returns and Exchanges policy at the discretion of the company.

 

How to do a return

Please contact us as soon as possible with your concern and we will send you a return shipping label. Remember to include your original packing slip with the return.
