1. For customers who wish to exchanges products please contact us, andattach the original receipt or tax invoice with the returned items.
- For branch store customers - Item(s) can be exchanges within 7 calendar days of the date you purchase.
- For online customers on every sale platforms - Item(s) can be exchanges within 10 calendar days of the date you purchase.
2. After contact us, We will be processed within less than 14 days for all customers, in consideration of approval and exchanges new products.
3. In addition to the above conditions, Nutrition Depot (Thailand) Company reserves the right to change the Returns and Exchanges policy at the discretion of the company.
